Can we change the payment date or amount on the Paytient plan?
You cannot change the payment date or amount on the Paytient plan at this time. Please email any changes you require to support@paytientpayments.com
How long does it take for the money to be deposited into our clinic bank account?
We make regular deposits into your bank account, 2/3 days after the direct debit collection. You will receive a payout statement from our partner NUAPAY with every deposit, detailing the breakdown of patients and the amounts paid.
How do I change my clinic bank details?
