If you have forgotten your password please email our support team support@paytientpayments.com and we will help you to reset it.
How do I Cancel A Patient Payment Plan?
At this time you cannot cancel a payment plan from within the platform, please email the patient details to support@paytientpayments.com and we will cancel the plan the same day. If there is a current payment being collected, we will need to wait until we receive the outcome of that transaction before we cancel the payment plan.
Can We Change The Payment Date Or Amount On The Payment Plan?
At this time you cannot change the payment date or amount from within the platform. If you wish to make changes to the schedule please email support@paytientpayments.com and we will change the plan the same day.
How Long Does It Take For The Money To Be Deposited Into My Bank Account?
We deposit funds received through Paytient Payments into your dental practice bank account 3 days after the funds are collected and cleared through the banking system. Each time you receive a payout into your account, you will be emailed supporting documentation to show the patient’s name and payment amounts. If you are having difficulty finding a payment please email our support team support@paytientpayments.com
How Do I Change My Bank Details?
If you would like to change your bank details, do not email them to us, please contact support@paytientpayments.com and we will email you a secure link to change your details.
